| September 9-10, 2024 | Mock Site Visit |
| October 2024 | Revise Assurance Argument, Federal Compliance Report, KUMC Branch Campus Report, and evidence files based on feedback from Mock Site Visit |
| November 2024 | Share Assurance Argument, KUMC Branch Campus Report, and Federal Compliance Report drafts with university community to review and report errors of fact |
| December 2024 - January 2025 | Submit Assurance Argument, Federal Compliance Report, KUMC Branch Campus Report, and evidence to HLC |
| February 2025 | Post Assurance Argument, Federal Compliance Report, and KUMC Branch Campus Report to KU website and prepare campus for visit |
| March 3-5, 2025 | HLC Comprehensive Evaluation Visit Team On-Site |

| August 2022 | Official kick-off of reaffirmation process with all committee members |
| September 2022 | Steering Committee and Criterion Committees begin meeting and are provided list of evidence needed. |
| October 2022 | Federal Compliance Committee begins meeting |
| December 2022 | Steering Committee holds quarterly meeting; hears subcommittee updates & provides guidance |
